A Decade Worth of Help and Counting
Back in 2010, I was seeking help with some serious felony charges. Parag has been there through every step of the way; filing motions, answering all my questions and maintaining contact throughout the whole process. Mr. Shah did a phenomenal job representing my 24 year old son in Cobb County Superior Court today! The Attorney That Made It All Go Away
First let me say that The Shah Law Firm sets the bar in Atlanta. In short, I was facing pretty bad Federal charges and I needed help bad. After speaking to the very knowledgeable Parag Shah I decided right away to hire him. Not only did he get up from the meeting and go straight to work on my case but he made EVERYTHING disappear by the end of the day! No charges, no arrest, and no more worry. I feel like Mr Shah gave me my life back. Also, would you believe it if I told you that there was a lawyer in Atlanta who is fair and not money hungry??? Well, there is. Parag was an amazing lawyer from start to finish and continues to be helpful even after the case being completed. Thank You for Giving Me My Life Back
I hired Parag about 3 months ago, he worked on my criminal case. The charges against me; 3 counts of aggravated assault, reckless conduct, possession of firearm during a felony, and discharging firearm in public. You can see where I was worried about having to live the next half my life in prison, and that might have happened if I didn't hire Mr. Shah. Starting from day 1 he showed genuine concern by calling in to check up on me and make sure I was doing well. He never failed to answer his phone except in one case where he was in court and I received a text message not long after he missed my call letting me know. This was a very stressful case for me, but Parag was there with a hand on my shoulder guiding me through, continued to use his knowledge of the law and his recognition within the courtrooms to make sure that ALL MY CHARGES WILL BE DISMISSED. NO jail time. Even after my case was finished, he did not put me off to the side and say his goodbyes. He came to me and I gave him a HUGE hug (hey wouldn't you?) he told me to stay out of trouble and stay in contact with him to let him know how I'm doing. Parag was not an attorney I hired, he was more like an older brother. He never sugarcoated anything while we were in court together, just told me the truth and told me what he was going to do and I really respected that. You can't put a price on the quality of work that Parag puts in. As far as being a great person to his work ethic. If you want someone who is well recognized in the courtroom, respected not only by other lawyers but also by the judge, you definitely want to hire Parag. Man Of Steel, Code & Ethical Standards ***** #5Stars
The first time I called Mr. Parag he answered and gave me a consult for a lengthy time, without asking for a dime. That's when I knew he was absolutely doing law from the heart and not the pocket. I met with him and later got the figures on what he would charge to counsel my fiancé. The case was armed robbery , with additional charges firearm in commission of a felony, by a convicted felon, manufacturing marijuana, possession of a sawed off shotgun, violation of state probation...I mean it was so much going on honestly and it all happened so fast. Part of the case was sent to the Feds (which Parag never backed down)...only to be dismissed.
Not to mention these charges were in Baldwin county which I was a little concerned because he didn't practice there regularly, but he was confident, I can not stress that enough. Long story short I was looking to marrying and burying my fiancé in prison. Parag's knowledge, consistency, confidence, skills, promptness, presentation, and above all loyalty reign supreme in the court rooms (they called him The Prince). My fiancé walked away with 7 years probation and 180 days in a detention center with 60 days time served, and this was because he had a habitual background. I mean just unfreaking believable, we were expecting way worse! Also there was another person with my fiancé during the offense, Parag's protege represented him and he received 4 years probation with first offender plea, just unbelievable! The judge was in shock I think when the DA was reading the plea and the judge asked both of them (the defendants) do you realize what kind of time this crime is punishable by? Before they could answer he said life with a minimum mandatory of ten years! I mean I now recommend anyone and everyone ONLY to this man, he is a LIFE saver and I am very greatful to have been graced with his genuine presence. You can't put a price on genuineness, loyalty, and most of all your freedom. Pay the price...WE LOVE YOU PARAG!!!!

I recently asked Parag to represent my teenage daughter in a fender bender case in which she was rear ended, but never the less received a moving violation ticket. When former business partners filed a malicious theft by taking claim against me and a warrant was obtained, it took Parag about 30 mintues and two phone calls to get it dismissed. I got into an accident where a driver rear ended me & pushed (slammed) my car into the back of an SUV. **I STRONGLY SUGGEST you get in touch with him before you find a chiropractor or any doctor pertaining to the accident so you can go with his recommendations, trust me!
I initially tried to go through the insurance company responsible but it was getting too complicated. Once he and his team got on the case it was a relief. Parag Shah was exactly that. He represented me in a case concerning a car accident that I was in. Every step of the way he was personally in touch with me instead of having his dedicated staff to correspond with me. I really like Elizabeth George. She helped me with things outside of my case. It didn't matter what time I texted, called, or emailed her, she would get back in touch with me in a timely manner. I never felt out of the loop with my case. Almost two years flew by and it didn't even feel like it. Her and Parag were always working on my case.
